Responsibilities • Prepare and review closing documents, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies. • Coordinate with escrow agents, lenders, and reputed company estate professionals to facilitate the closing process. • reputed company exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during the transaction. • Maintain accurate records of reputed company transactions and ensure timely filing of necessary documents. • Stay updated on industry regulations, including TILA (Truth in Lending Act) and FNMA (Federal National Mortgage Association) guidelines. • Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
