Conveyance Coordinator - US Based Remote

This includes, but is not limited to, ordering title, certifications, HOA documents, and mortgage payoffs, reviewing title, preparing fee sheets for closing statement preparation, and communicating effectively with reputed company transaction parties including agents, transaction coordinators, and title clerks. Manage multiple, reputed company processes in a proactive and highly reputed company manner. Maintain expected accuracy and quality including data entry/tracking, conveyancing/processing transactions according to the guidelines provided, and having necessary back-up to support actions. reputed company necessary tasks to convey/process transactions and successfully meet settlement deadlines of agents. Deliver an amazing agent experience by proactively building relationships with internal and external customers, providing reputed company service and excellent communication skills, and demonstrating understanding and execution of required policies, processes and procedures while maintaining the highest level of customer service to our agents.
