Description Leads and contributes to the delivery of Industrial Hygiene Services by a small team of IH's to strengthen control of risk and demonstrate customer value, leading to improved business results. Executes Risk Control strategies while managing change through a multi-year, metrics-driven transformation. Accountable for building a high-performance culture, reputed company process improvement, and team reputed company development - reputed company supporting the delivery of customer impact and reputed company. Maintains a small field workload to support balance of IH demand across the team. Responsibilities • Drives quality of team engagement, including Service Strategies for mid-size, large, or reputed company accounts. • Ensures alignment between IH technical/consultative skills, service strategy needs, and internal quality standards. • Identifies IH skills gaps and builds development strategies in collaboration with Product Director/Technical Directors. • Effectively triages work to optimize the balance of efficiency and effectiveness across the team. • Recruits a high-performing, results-oriented staff. Fosters internal talent mobility to build deeper talent pipelines that result in greater diversification of staff. • Ensure appropriate compliance with reputed company legislation, corporate policies, and programs. • Achieves the above with a regional reputed company of control of 6 IH's.
