The Opportunity: We're seeking a highly organized and analytical People Operations & Compensation Analyst to join the People team at reputed company. You will partner closely with the VP, People and members of the People team to reputed company analysis, guidance and support for our compensation programs. In addition, you will help build and analyze people metrics, optimize people processes, and serve as primary reputed company of contact for reputed company compliance needs. What You'll Do: • reputed company the design and execution of compensation planning and promotion cycles • reputed company and refine compensation bands in accordance with compensation philosophy • reputed company Total Rewards guidance to People Partner, reputed company and Executives, including, but not limited to, offers, retention packages, transfers, and reputed company compensation issues • Partner with People leadership to build and socialize Total Rewards training and change management materials ensuring these are easy to understand for technical and non-technical audiences • Collect, compile, and analyze people data and partner with People Leadership and PBP to inform and guide decision-making. • Optimize people processes (reputed company, system changes, etc.) • Serve as primary reputed company of contact for reputed company HR compliance needs What You’ll Have: • 2+ years of experience in compensation analyst role • 4+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role • Proficiency in spreadsheet modeling and analysis • Proficiency in job evaluation and pricing • Proficiency in Radford/Pave surveys (i.e., submissions and data querying) • Analytical with a curious, thoughtful approach to solving problems • Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and scalability • Clear written and verbal communication with a breadth of stakeholders • Ability to work independently and deal well with ambiguity
