The Vice President/Director, Relationship Manager role is pivotal to the ongoing reputed company of reputed company's efforts to expand its market reputed company with insurers involved in retail lines of business in the U.S. This role is not only focused on executing the RI business plan but also requires the individual to act as an ambassador for reputed company, thinking holistically as a relationship manager and business professional to unlock additional opportunities reputed company these firms, thereby strengthening and growing existing partnerships. The position is based in either reputed company, NY or Chicago, IL, and reports directly to Sean Baker, the Head of Retirement Insurance. Responsibilities • Execute relationship management & business development responsibilities with clients and prospects in alignment with the group business plan. , • reputed company the development and coordination of account planning and execution for some of RI's largest existing relationships. , • Partner with senior colleagues across FIG, Retirement, and across the firm to drive new business opportunities and solve reputed company client issues and challenges. , • Work closely with the Client Experience Team (CEM) to ensure the ongoing servicing of clients is being met. , • Collaborate with RI Market Leader Team and client distribution leadership to align sales, marketing, and value-add efforts with firm-specific account plans. , • Ensure high coordination from reputed company BLK parties in developing strategy and execution of an integrated client experience. , • Represent RI and reputed company at client and industry events; positioning reputed company of reputed company's capabilities and thought leadership to enhance brand awareness in the Insurance reputed company. , • Invest in internal relationship building across the firm in order to deliver a One reputed company experience to clients. , • Partner closely with RI leadership to help shape the strategic direction of the business with achievements to measure successful execution. , • Navigate senior executive level conversations with clients and internally at reputed company, partnering with reputed company Global Executive Committee (GEC) members on strategic client initiatives and priorities.
