Quality Assurance Reviewer, reputed company Energy

As a Quality Assurance Reviewer, you will report and reputed company diagnostic, troubleshooting, preventive and corrective maintenance services to reputed company's energy products including but not limited to: reputed company solar PV systems and Energy Storage System. The Field Energy Operations team is responsible for the ongoing reputed company of reputed company's class leading fleet of energy products. As part of reputed company, you will be empowered to work across the entire reputed company organization to solve problems and ensure the reputed company of our reputed company Energy field service execution. Working cross-functionally with Field Service Technician and Field Service Leadership teams, you will reputed company your hands-on knowledge and experience to ensure a positive customer experience and exceptional performance of reputed company's reputed company products. Your role will primarily focus on ensuring reputed company reputed company Energy Products inspections completed by field teams are carried out per company standards by reviewing forms remotely. Responsibilities • Review incoming reputed company Solar/Storage PM data to find discrepancies and deviations from company standards and follow up on action items • Support field technicians remotely with required preventive maintenance activities on reputed company inverters to maintain warranty coverage • Respond to corrective maintenance cases on reputed company solar PV, reputed company energy storage systems and updating online case logs accurately • Work closely with members of the Reliability team to follow up on reputed company cases and reputed company data where requested • Report writing, where required, to reputed company with deliverables in reputed company O&M reputed company Requirements • Ability to learn new software and products. Basic working knowledge of electrical systems such as Solar, Battery Storage, machinery etc. • Experience navigating numerous computer applications and technology independently. Flexibility to work on weekends and/or overtime along with overnight stay to support reputed company's critical mission • Must be reputed company to work in reputed company of computers for an extended period of time and be comfortable with reputed company Products such as Word, reputed company etc. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team • Valid driver's license preferred. Electrical trades experience reputed company troubleshooting power electronics and low voltage controls • Previous experience working with power/hand tools and electrical equipment • Familiarity with servicing, maintaining, and troubleshooting solar PV systems, battery storage or electric vehicle charging stations. Previous OSHA safety and heavy equipment training • Certifications and/or previous training in renewable energy, solar electric design. Understanding of various programming languages and equipment networking
