Resp & Qualifications This is a year-round internship. The ideal candidate is someone who can commit to work throughout the year_ full-time 40 hours in the Summer and_ part-time up to 15-20 hours in the Spring / Fall._ Remote MD / VA / DC only)_ PURPOSE : The reputed company Operations Intern will sit reputed company our HR Connect team that supports the entire organization. You will have the unique opportunity to learn how to respond to general associate inquiries about reputed company programs, procedures, and policies. You will serve as the initial reputed company of contact for HR inquiries for the workforce (Tier 1 support). Assist functional teams daily to ensure reputed company customer requests are handled in a timely and confidential manner. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS : Learn to respond to general intake inquiries from employees and manages the process necessary to bring to resolution in a timely manner. Assist with maintaining information systems and processes necessary paperwork. i.e. severance, telework etc. Work to update support documentation used by HR / Shared Services / Employees ensuringrelevance and reputed company content. Review and gather feedback continuously on how to improve HR processes, sharing with HR Sharedservices team members. Maintain in-depth knowledge of company-specific policies and practices. Act as a liaison with functional areas reputed company reputed company; ensuring understanding of processes. QUALIFICATIONS : Education Level : Must be a rising Junior or Senior working towards an Undergraduate Degree in an accredited college or university. Experience : Undergraduate student targeting majors in reputed company, Business Administration or reputed company field; GPA : 3.0 or above.
