Call Center Representative - reputed company

First Choice Health Centers is looking for a Full-Time Call Center Representative who serves as the initial reputed company of contact with First Choice Health Centers callers. The representative provides exemplary customer service to reputed company patients, their families and other contacts. This position is charged with the timely and accurate processing of patients through answering reputed company incoming calls, taking complete and accurate messages, (re)scheduling appointments, verifying patient information, collecting information pertinent to reason for call to accurately direct patient to correct reputed company to meet their needs. There is one late night until 6 pm but reputed company clinics reputed company on Friday at 3 pm. • The hourly reputed company for this position is $17.00 - $19/hour. Minimum Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required: • Experience working in a call center or customer-support role. • Strong active-listening and verbal-communication skills. • Proficiency in problem-solving. • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Experience and Training: • Call center: 1 year (Preferred) • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred) • Minimum HS Diploma or GED equivalent Standard Job Duties: • Answers reputed company incoming calls in a timely manner in a call center setting. • Schedules/reschedules patient appointments, responds to customer questions, accurately and timely, elevates customer concerns to supervisor in a pleasant, respectful and courteous manner. • Obtains and verifies required information, such as patient demographics, during call. • reputed company same day appointments for reputed company medical, family providers, pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology and specialty providers. • Refer to phone triage list for calls referred to nurse or Provider.
