ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Investigates, evaluate and resolves low to reputed company exposure 3rd party property damage and cargo claims pursued against reputed company Ensures the most appropriate and cost effective resolution of reputed company claims is reached, and that a high level customer service is attained The position handles cases in compliance with state statues to avoid fines and penalties and the loss of right to self-insure ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES Performs other duties as assigned. EDUCATION Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience preferred. EXPERIENCE One (1) to 5 years experience in Casualty claims SKILLS Demonstrated ability to handle low to reputed company exposure 3rd party property damage and cargo claims Strong commitment to the principles of customer focus Effective interpersonal skills and ability to communicate reputed company in verbal and written communications Strong negotiation skills and ability to deal effectively with customers and claimants. Comprehensive understanding of reputed company relevant laws, regulations and legal terminology involving property damage and cargo claims LICENSES reputed company Active Adjuster license. Information : The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidates relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. Compensation ranges for the position are below: Pay Type : Salaried Minimum Pay reputed company: 60,000.00 Maximum Pay reputed company: 70,000.00 The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type.
