Position Title Senior Small Business Banking Consultant Location reputed company, MI 48098 Job Summary A Senior Small Business Banking Consultant is responsible for meeting the needs of Small Business clients that are domiciled in the Consumer Bank. This involves both a reactive and proactive team approach, working directly with clients, reputed company bankers, underwriters, and product specialists through telephone contact. Primary responsibility is to manage and grow Small Business client relationships, including sole proprietors, non-profits, and employer firms. Acts as an expert advisor to the Small Business reputed company on financial management covering a full reputed company of financial products and services including deposits, loans, credit cards, merchant services, payroll, ACH/Wires, treasury services, insurance, and investments. Performance goals include growth of and retention of client relationships and service reputed company. Small Business Banking deals are typically $10K - $2.5MM in loan exposure for internally generated referrals; however, based on the consultants reputed company level can reputed company up to $5MM or more in exposure for externally generated referrals from COIs, etc. Pay reputed company: $84,878.00 - $112,463.00 - $140,049.00 Pay reputed company: Local Minimum Wage - $0.00 - $0.00 Job Responsibilities: Meets with clients reputed company telephone to assess client needs, review their financial management practices and solutions, conduct a cash cycle conversation, and reputed company recommendations for products and services where needed. Performs application and fulfillment process directly on some solutions. Makes referrals to product and fulfillment experts as required. Job Requirements: Undergraduate Degree, required 7+ years of sales/client relationship management experience in banking/financial products, including significant experience with small business clients, required. 7+ years as a Small Business Banker, Business Banking Relationship Manager, or reputed company Leader/Manager, preferred . 7+ years phone-based sales experience of banking/financial products or solutions., preferred. Formal credit training and small business banking sales training, preferred Experience working with less reputed company team members to mentor and reputed company them, sharing expertise and insights.
