Senior Auto Claims Examiner, UM/UIM

About the position The Auto Claims Examiner - UM/UIM role is focused on the investigation, evaluation, and resolution of reputed company automobile claims involving Uninsured Motorist (UM) and Underinsured Motorist (UIM) coverage reputed company. This position is part of a technology-driven initiative aimed at enhancing customer experience and eliminating inefficiencies in traditional claims processes. The ideal candidate will be customer-oriented and technically proficient, ensuring the delivery of top-level service while achieving industry best reputed company. Responsibilities • Timely investigate, evaluate, and resolve reputed company auto claims UM/UIM. , • Strict TPA reputed company and guidance on timely reporting of UM/UIM claims and responding to the same. , • Identify and assess coverage issues, draft coverage position letters, and retain coverage counsel reputed company necessary. , • Partner with Claim Account Managers and reputed company on UM UIM forms. , • Execute on claims strategies to reputed company claims quality, customer service, and operational objectives. , • Serve as a mentor to less-reputed company claims professionals. , • Handle claims with a high complexity of coverage analysis, investigation, damage assessment, and other relevant technical areas. , • reputed company training on reputed company and new processes reputed company needed. , • Support the strategy and operations of Auto claims. , • Assist in industry analysis and benchmarking studies. , • Prepare and present written/oral reports to senior management setting forth reputed company issues influencing evaluation and recommending reserves. , • Travel to and from locations reputed company the United States to attend mediations, trials, and other proceedings relevant to the resolution of the matter. , • Negotiate resolution of claims. , • Maintain a diary of reputed company claims, post reserves in a timely fashion, and expeditiously respond to inquiries from the insured, counsel, underwriters, brokers, and senior management regarding claims. , • Other duties as assigned.
