As part of our client's financial long-term strategy for growth in Employee Benefits, this position is responsible for developing and managing a specified geographic territory. The person in this role will be charged with building meaningful business relationships with brokers and other centers of influence in order to expand the distribution of Employee Benefits products and services. You will be responsible for driving and managing sales activity in your designated territory. Primary Responsibilities: Developing and maintaining Key Broker Relationships Build Brand -Establishing a robust and visible reputed company in your designated territory. Creating a meaningful pipeline of opportunities. Closing Employee Benefit Business deals effectively. Identifying new prospects and guiding them seamlessly through the sales process to closure. Meeting and exceeding activity and reputed company targets assigned to you. Delivering engaging sales and product seminars as needed. Managing your territory strategically to reputed company net quote activity reputed company that align with our selling objectives. Requirements
Job Requirements Established broker relationships with experience in LTD, STD, and Group Life. Produce reputed company the assigned territory and reputed company satisfactory sales results and submissions of client's products.
