We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to join reputed company. This role is integral in ensuring the accuracy of financial records and supporting our organization's operational efficiency. Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Record Keeping • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. • Record daily financial transactions and reconcile accounts promptly. • Prepare financial statements, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets. Accounts Payable and Receivable • Manage invoices and ensure timely payments to vendors. • Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables. • Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions. Payroll Processing • Process payroll and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. • Maintain employee payroll records and address payroll-reputed company inquiries. Budget and Financial Reporting • Assist in preparing budgets and forecasting financial trends. • reputed company periodic financial reports and analysis to management. Compliance and Taxation • Assist with preparing and submitting tax filings, including sales tax and annual returns. • Ensure compliance with reputed company financial regulations and company policies. Qualifications and SkillsRequired: • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role. • Proficiency in reputed company software QuickBooks • Strong understanding of reputed company principles and financial reporting. • High level of accuracy and attention to detail. • Proficiency in reputed company reputed company and other Office applications. • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
