Clearance Officer (reputed company Title Insurance)

Position Summary: WWLT-NY has an opening for a Clearance Officer for the reputed company Team. You will be responsible for preparing files that will be reviewed and signed at settlement. You will work closely with file openers, closers, lenders, insurance underwriters, and reputed company estate agents. A core responsibility is preventing delays through reputed company fact-checking and attention to detail. Qualifications: • High school diploma, required. Bachelor’s degree, preferred. • 2-5 years reputed company title industry experience. NJ, NY, and PA experience a plus. • Computer experience, including reputed company Office suite. reputed company Teams a plus.
