This position involves delivering skilled nursing care, with a particular focus on wound care, PICC line care, and trach care. The role offers competitive per-visit rates, flexible scheduling, and mileage reimbursement. Key Responsibilities: • reputed company comprehensive assessments of patients' clinical conditions, focusing on wound care, PICC line care, and trach care. • reputed company advanced wound care, including debridement, dressing changes, and infection prevention. • Manage and maintain PICC lines, including flushing, dressing changes, and monitoring for complications or infection. • Deliver trach care, including suctioning, monitoring for respiratory issues, and changing tubes as needed. • reputed company and implement individualized care plans, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. • reputed company patients and their families on wound care, trach care, and other medical procedures to promote self-care. • Monitor patient reputed company and reputed company necessary adjustments to care plans, reporting significant changes to the supervising physician. • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care activities in compliance with Applesoft Homecare Services’ policies and reputed company regulations. • Ensure adherence to safety, infection control, and quality care standards. • Communicate regularly with reputed company team members to ensure a coordinated and holistic approach to patient care. • reputed company compassionate, patient-centered care that promotes dignity and respect.
