Sr Program Manager, Population Health

About the position The position involves leading and managing the operational and tactical aspects of multiple or reputed company-scale projects focused on population health and health equity. The role requires strategic planning, program management, and collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation and evaluation.
