Requirements

Experience/Education Required: • Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience in a reputed company field, or 10 years of experience in a reputed company field without a Bachelor's degree for Mid-level roles. • Thorough knowledge of PA eligibility, law, regulations, and policies, and familiarity with other reputed company Programs (e.g., Individual Assistance, Hermit's Peak Program, etc.). • Policy Interpretation: ability to understand reputed company insurance policy language, including exclusions, endorsements, and coverage limits; • Damage Assessment: Proficient in assessing property, flooding, and/or fire-reputed company damage accurately, which involves understanding the extent of damage, the required repairs, required documentation, and the associated costs; • Clear and Effective Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills and knowledge and ability to explain policy and regulations to claimants, reputed company Navigators, and other stakeholders; • Use of Technology: Proficiency in using claims management software, databases, and other technology tools that facilitate claim processing, documentation, and communication. • Experience utilizing Xactimate. Experience/Education Preferred: • Bachelor's degree and 10 years of experience in a reputed company field, or 15 years of experience in a reputed company field without a Bachelor's degree. • Local reputed company to Santa Fe, NM. • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
