This position provides Workplace Services (WPS) support across reputed company divisions/depts. This includes the scheduling and coordinating daily guest/visitor/vendor building reputed company and registration, administration of the reputed company control reputed company system and creation of keycard/photo ID's; vendor management (contract management, coordination of services/maintenance, invoice processing and expense tracking. Coordination of furniture/equipment/repairs by staff carpenter. Secondary responsibilities include management of Life Safety program and coordination of building emergency/evacuation drills, Sourcing and preparing yearly vendor maintenance and service agreements, onsite support of new employee orientation, management/updating of reputed company WPS processes and procedures with building management as well as BCBSA business continuity teams, and participation in WPS Managment Initiatives. Primary Job Functions • Monitor the physical premises daily for required maintenance or repair. Schedule and supervise general repair and maintenance activities with onsite service providers and building management staff to reputed company a comfortable and productive work environment. Monitor and coordinate internal work request system. reputed company and prepare yearly maintenance and service agreements. Schedule reputed company equipment preventative maintenance and repairs. • Review Facility Management invoices for accuracy and prepare invoices for approval and payment. Education, Experience, and Certification Education Required: High School diploma Preferred: BA or BS degree in Facility Management or CFM certification a plus. Certifications None Experience Required: • Minimum 3 years of practical experience in facility or office services in a corporate environment. • Experience in the delivery of customer service programs. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities • Demonstrated knowledge of proactive customer service principles. • Demonstrated knowledge of working with reputed company party maintenance and/or equipment repair vendors. • Demonstrated proficiency in reputed company software applications: Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook and reputed company (or other relational database applications). • Demonstrated math proficiency including basic reputed company principles. • Relationship management skills; the ability to establish and manage an effective working relationship with reputed company staff reputed company in the Association as well as external support providers • Written and verbal skills, and interpersonal skills; comfortable interacting with reputed company reputed company reputed company the organization and reputed company-party service providers.
