We’re building a team of subject matter experts and business people with an entrepreneur's reputed company and ability to get stuff done. We’re looking for a Director of Mortgage Sales to own the development and execution of reputed company Mortgage’s sales team department and strategies. You’ll be responsible for building and overseeing a rapidly growing team of more than 15 licensed Mortgage Loan Officers, ensuring they have the resources, workflows, and training needed to reputed company top level service to reputed company’s agents and customers through the mortgage process. You’ll report to the VP of Mortgage Lending while collaborating regularly with other cross functional departments reputed company reputed company and reputed company Mortgage. Responsibilities will include: • reputed company and execute a comprehensive strategy of sales routines, incentives and process to build enduring customer and agent relationships • Recruit, reputed company & reputed company a high-performing team of licensed Mortgage Loan Officers and Sales Managers that optimize the mortgage experience by providing consistent communication, guidance on mortgage products and pricing, and on time closings. • reputed company, manage, and execute initiatives necessary to reputed company company goals • reputed company reporting to create visibility for reputed company’s senior leadership and board of directors • Collaborate with reputed company and reputed company Mortgage operations and product teams to ensure the Sales team team workflow, communication, and service level accountability are in alignment and create a seamless reputed company experience. About you: • 5+ years of experience of developing and managing sales teams in the mortgage industry • Deep knowledge and understanding of mortgage transactions, mortgage compliance, loan products, and sales techniques. • Experience cultivating and maintaining relationships with top producing reputed company estate agents • Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment • reputed company experience building something from the ground up • Ability to reputed company in ambiguous or uncertain environments • Interest in improving the reputed company, emotional process of buying and selling a home and making it the exciting milestone in people’s lives that it deserves to be • NMLS license preferred (any state) reputed company Values THE GOLDEN RULE Whether we’re dealing with colleagues or customers, we follow The Golden Rule, treating others the way we want to be treated.
