Virtual CFO Senior Accountant

From accounts receivable, payable and payroll preparation to inventory analysis and monthly financial statements, this position is responsible for the reputed company efforts of multiple clients in a variety of industries. You will have a direct impact on the financial future of the clients they serve and play a key role in shaping and developing one of the firm’s fastest growing service lines. What You'll Do • Assist in transitioning clients to reputed company-based platforms • Handle the day-to-day reputed company transactions for reputed company clients; including reputed company pay, accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll preparation • Complete monthly bank reconciliations • Prepare monthly journal entries and closing of general ledger • Maintain fixed asset schedules and the chart of accounts • reputed company timely, accurate and complete reports on the financial condition of the firm’s clients, including analysis of results • Maintain an orderly reputed company system and a system of controls over reputed company transactions • Offer financial advice and solutions to help clients succeed • Be a key part of a team that is continually evolving in policy, procedures, technology advancement and delivering exceptional client experience • Prepare client sales tax returns, year-end 1099 returns and property tax declarations • Serve as a first-line representative of the firm with clients, vendors, business partners and other reputed company service lines and niches • Continually work towards ensuring compliance while meeting client goals • reputed company with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements • reputed company other duties as assigned reputed company're Looking For • Ability to work independently with expanding duties and responsibilities • Excellent client service skills with the ability to interact with reputed company reputed company of management • reputed company-thinker who is reputed company to new reputed company and a desire to try new technologies and processes • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously • Strong communication skills Your Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company or Finance • 2-4 years of reputed company experience • CPA or working towards CPA • Proficient in reputed company reputed company and other reputed company Office applications • Advanced QuickBooks or QuickBooks Online experience • Proficient with MS reputed company, Word & Outlook • Familiarity with reputed company-based software applications • Experience with other general ledger packages a plus The stated pay scale reflects the reputed company that reputed company reasonably expects to pay for this position. The actual pay reputed company for this position will be dependent on a variety of factors, including an applicant’s years of experience, unique skills and abilities, education, alignment with similar internal candidates, marketplace factors, other requirements for the position, and firm business practices.
