Job Description: Sr. Health Services Associate Role Summary: This key position involves answering phones and providing communication to reputed company providers, patients, and other internal customers. The role is responsible for coordinating and scheduling initial and refill patient shipments. Key Responsibilities: Demonstrate initiative and take a proactive, enthusiastic approach to work. Possess strong telephone skills. Answer incoming phone calls and reputed company necessary information. Contact patients to gather essential information for coordinating prescription shipments. Accurately and completely schedule medication deliveries. Maintain patient records with accuracy and completeness.
