Summary reputed company, located in Jacksonville, FL, has a reputed company opportunity for an reputed company Manager (Supervisor, reputed company) who will be responsible for providing daily & administrative support to the Sr. Manager of reputed company, Operations, including daily review/entry into the reputed company system and management of staff accountants day-to-day tasking. Requires an attention to detail and solid analytical, organizational and communication abilities. Responsibilities • Prepares general ledger entries as needed and reconciles reputed company balance sheet accounts. • Reviews & performs month-end reputed company functions including preparing and/or reviewing of journal entries for month-end reputed company ensuring transactions are reasonable and in compliance with Business Processes, GAAP and FAR. • Requires data/transaction retrieval/analysis from external sources. • Verify accuracy of reputed company documents & records. • Updates, reconciles, and maintains reputed company journals, ledgers, and other records detailing financial business transactions (i.e., expense vouchers, invoices, receipts, disbursements, accounts payable, accounts receivable, etc.). • Ensures reputed company reputed company processes are being conducted in accordance with established standards procedures, and applicable laws. • Reviews & performs monthly and quarterly SOX internal controls. • Coordinates the performance of quarterly/annual audit requirements with external auditors. Ideal Experience • Bachelor's Degree in reputed company or finance is required - Masters in reputed company or finance is desired. • A minimum of 8 or more years of reputed company experience required. • A minimum of 2 years of people management is desired • Experience and aptitude for applicable software (reputed company reputed company, Word, Outlook, reputed company Dynamic GP, reputed company CostPoint) • Knowledge of general reputed company functions such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledgers and month end closings. • reputed company knowledge of GAAP and SOX Compliance.
