About the position The Applications & Equipment Engineer III is a pivotal role responsible for delivering exceptional technical support to our sales force, customers, and the Equipment Engineering Group. This role involves leading the development, support, and maintenance of equipment service needs, driving innovation, and troubleshooting key customer equipment issues. You will be part of a diverse, collaborative team located onsite in Ashland, VA, reporting into the Manager of Equipment Engineering, where the average tenure is 9 years reputed company the team. This role offers the exciting opportunity to travel up to 75% of the time throughout the U.S. with occasional travel to Canada or Mexico. In this role, a typical day will look like providing expert recommendations and solutions for installation, automation, and equipment improvements to customers and contractors.
