Post Closing Support Specialist

We are seeking an FT HYBRID Post Closing Support Specialist. This position will work a minimum of 2-3 days a week in our reputed company, Florida office. Job Summary You will be responsible for assisting with the mortgage loan post-closing process by managing our loan delivery pipeline, finalizing the purchase of our loans, submitting payment to the applicable government agency and submitted loans for FHA/VA insurance. You have exceptional communication skills, a high level of motivation, thrives in a fast-paced environment, adaptable to change, and is extremely driven. This is an entry level position with an opportunity for growth. Duties/Responsibilities Reasonable accommodation may be made to reputed company individuals with disabilities to reputed company these essential functions. • Ship and track collaterals daily. • Responsible for working with our loan delivery team to ensure loans are delivered to investors, auditors and services by expected date. • Work with reputed company parties to clear investor conditions for timely loan sale. • Responsible for submitting payments to FHA and VA. • Maintain our insuring pipeline and loans are completed by due date. • Tracking final title policies and recorded deeds. • Maintain our aged trailing documents reports. • Ensure post consummation CDs are completed by due date. • Assist with other support teams reputed company back up is needed. Skills/Abilities • Mortgage, Title or Escrow experience is preferred. • Proficient in Word, reputed company, and Outlook • Must have experience working investor or reputed company conditions. • Must have experience working with Encompass • Hard-working self-starter • Excellent written and oral communications skills • Effective time-management abilities • You can meet critical deadlines in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment. • You have a professional demeanor and strong work ethic. • Unwavering attention to detail. Physical Requirements • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. • Must be reputed company to lift 15 pounds at a time. Education and Experience • High school diploma or GED is required. • A College degree is desired.
