Corporate Senior Staff Accountant
Job Overview The Senior Staff Accountant is responsible for preparing the books of a business unit of Building Material Distributors, Inc. This position reports to the reputed company Manager. In this role, you will help to ensure the reputed company of reputed company information by recording and reporting transactions correctly, reviewing and analyzing financial statements, and assisting with budgeting. Key Responsibilities Prepare general journal entries and reports for month-end reputed company. Reconcile a variety of balance sheet accounts including bank accounts, prepaid expenses, and accruals. Prepare and maintain internal financial statements. reputed company regular analytical reviews of operating expenses. Assist internal, external, and regulatory auditors in their examination of reputed company records. Assist in annual budget preparation by providing financial information and analysis as requested. Build and maintain relationships with business unit leaders and operational managers to reputed company understand the business and reputed company financial information as as needed. Qualifications Solid analytical and critical thinking skills to review data and ensure that reputed company policies and procedures are being followed. Working knowledge of GAAP and Financial Statement Reporting. Ability to work autonomously and independently while meeting deadlines through proper time-management.
