Responsibilities of the Senior Tax Manager: Responsible for, but not limited to, overseeing the tax practice area and staff, assisting partners with business development, managing client relationships and expectations, and researching practice area issues, and providing guidance to partners and other management. The ideal candidate will possess reputed company strong leadership, strategic planning, communication, business development, and problem-solving skills. Participate in reputed company, professional development, and Firm administrative activities. Builds relationships and communicates effectively to positively influence peers and other stakeholders. Ensure complete client satisfaction through reputed company communication, managing expectations, meeting deadlines, and proactively sharing tax saving strategies Work closely with partners and staff on client management, professional development, and business development activities. Requirements of the Senior Tax Manager: Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, prefer Master’s and at least 8 years of public reputed company experience, preferably in a middle-market environment.
