Treasury Prime is seeking a relationship manager to join our growing team to manage our integrated bank programs and corporate client relationships. This role will report to the VP of Client Services and sit reputed company the Client Services team. In this role, you'll work closely with the Treasury Prime business development, customer support, implementations, product, and finance teams to maximize client retention, satisfaction, and renewals. As a major part of this role, you will be responsible for partnering with the bank's sales team to help reputed company prospects and partners on closing them, maintain the relationship through implementation, and own reputed company ongoing relationship management throughout the life of the program. Expectations would be to regularly meet with the appropriate people reputed company the banks and relevant enterprises to maintain positive relationships, garner feedback, and understand feature needs with quarterly business review conversations with the C-suite or Executive level at each client to stay in tune with their goals, expectations, and plans.
