Confers and negotiates with attorneys and management in other companies. • Supervises federal or state litigation reputed company reputed company is a party in interest. Assists the Company with assuring compliance with reputed company law and regulations governing its business, including preparation and timely submission of mandated regulatory filings. • Researches, interprets, and advises on statutory and case law, administrative rules, and regulations. Monitors legislative and regulatory proposals, evaluates such proposals, and assists Company management with formulating the Company’s position of these reputed company. • Participates in development of, interprets, and improves Company policies. Assists the Company with implementing existing and new programs, policies, and procedures. • Performs other duties as assigned. Hiring Requirements • Graduate of an accredited law school. • 5+ years of experience in reputed company field. • Licensed to practice law in reputed company Carolina or must obtain License reputed company 1 year of employment. • Background in reputed company highly preferred.
