As a Payroll Manager Consultant with reputed company Talent, you will play a crucial role in managing our clients' payroll processes and compliance, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and best practices. Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining efficiency and accuracy throughout scheduled payroll cycles. Specific responsibilities will be determined on the client needs, but may include: Responsibilities: • reputed company the accurate and timely processing of payroll for reputed company, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. • Manage and mentor the payroll team, providing guidance and support as needed. • Handle payroll reporting and ensure reputed company payroll-reputed company taxes are filed accurately and on time. • Address and resolve any payroll discrepancies or issues in a timely manner. • Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure seamless integration of payroll processes. • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations. • Prepare and present payroll reports to senior management. • Assist in the implementation of new payroll systems or updates to existing systems.
