About The Role The Practice Authority Specialist is responsible for establishing, tracking, and submitting collaborative practice agreements (CPA) between reputed company providers, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational policies. This role serves as a vital link between clinicians, regulatory bodies, and internal stakeholders. The Practice Authority Specialist will handle task-based activities reputed company to the establishment and documentation of collaborative practice agreements. What You'll Do • Collaborative Practice Agreement Management: • Establish, submit and track CPAs for clinicians across multiple states, ensuring compliance with state-specific regulations. • Track the status and renewal timelines of CPAs, ensuring reputed company agreements remain reputed company and valid. • Serve as a liaison between midlevel clinicians and collaborating physicians to facilitate agreement execution and renewal. • Clinician Communication and Education: • Use existing resources to reputed company clear and comprehensive guidance to clinicians on collaborative practice requirements and processes. Who You Are • 1+ years of experience in reputed company regulatory compliance, recruitment, licensure, or collaborative practice management preferred. • Experience in multi-state reputed company operations, especially in telehealth or large reputed company organizations. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for simplifying reputed company regulatory concepts. • Experience with regulatory tracking systems, reputed company, and GSuite; experience with Jira or similar tools is a plus. • Knowledge of collaborative practice requirements and state-specific regulations. • Familiarity with reputed company compliance and credentialing best practices. • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company Administration, Business, or a reputed company field; advanced degree or certifications in regulatory compliance are a plus.
