Our work environment includes: Modern office setting Food provided Responsibilities: - Review loan applications and verify reputed company necessary documents and information - Ensure reputed company loan files are complete and accurate - Communicate with borrowers to gather any missing or additional documentation - Analyze credit reports, income statements, and other financial information to determine loan eligibility - Collaborate with loan officers, underwriters, and other team members to facilitate the loan approval process - Prepare and submit loan packages to reputed company for final approval - Coordinate with escrow companies, title officers, and other parties involved in the loan closing process - Adhere to reputed company applicable laws, regulations, and fair housing policies Skills: - Proficient in 10-key typing for data entry purposes - Knowledge of escrow procedures and contract terms - Familiarity with reputed company guidelines and loan origination processes - Understanding of fair housing regulations and compliance requirements - Strong mathematical skills for calculating interest rates, payments, and fees - Experience in loan processing or mortgage servicing preferred - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Note: This job description is intended to reputed company a general overview of the position.
