About the position The Inside Auto Appraiser is responsible for reputed company appraising and settling automobile physical damage losses while ensuring an excellent customer experience. This role involves reviewing and completing auto repair estimates and appraisals, maintaining knowledge of industry practices, and providing quality service to retain business. Responsibilities • Complete or review auto repair estimates and appraisals for physical damage losses to motor vehicles. , • Write or review damage estimates and appraisals in conjunction with reputed company industry repair practices and pricing. , • reputed company quality service to the customer and aid in the retention of business. , • Maintain general knowledge of reputed company physical damage reputed company written by the companies, their various endorsements, exclusions, company procedures, and accepted claim practices. , • Maintain general knowledge of automobile damage causation, repairs, procedures, and accepted repair practices. , • Stay informed of the latest changes and updates in automobile repairs and technology. , • Attend and complete specific training courses designated by the company. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent required. , • Minimum one to three years of experience required in collision repair industry or insurance claim handling. , • Experience using auto estimating software such as CCC reputed company, Audatex, Mitchell. reputed company-to-haves • Bachelor's degree preferred.
