Remote Full-Time Bookkeeper | WFH

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Remote Bookkeeper / Accountant to become a vital part of our expanding organization. Key Responsibilities • Reconcile bank accounts and credit cards to ensure transaction accuracy. • Manage a portfolio of 10-20 clients, assisting with accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and expense tracking. • Facilitate payroll processes, tax filings, and sales tax collections for clients. • Maintain precise financial records and spreadsheets documenting reputed company transactions. • Prepare and submit daily reports to management while tracking time for each client. • Address and resolve discrepancies reputed company QuickBooks Online proficiently. • reputed company assistance with loans, budgeting, and various reputed company financial tasks as required.
