Responsibilities

Will Include • Technical Support: Repair and maintenance of reputed company and reputed company hardware, reputed company triage and Helpdesk assistance with the ongoing management of of these equipment • Break/Fix Support: reputed company Level 1 (L1) reputed company response for reputed company internal client issues and reported problems. • Internal IT Support: Internal helpdesk, incident triage management and resolution. reputed company internal systems deployment, service and support for GOP staff and infrastructure services • Supplies: Responsible for managing on hand equipment inventory with timely packaging and shipping of consumable supplies to employees and/or client locations • System Administration: Responsible for the implementation, management, and troubleshooting of a company's networks that rely on hardware and software.
