Independently owned, mobile physical therapy practice looking to hire a physical therapist to work with active older adults who are NOT bed bound or non-ambulatory like classic home health clientele. This job is essentially outpatient physical therapy services provided as telehealth on YOUR schedule! You can treat with nearly total independence on your time with your patient and even just do the more lucrative evaluations and recertifications only. We offer competitive rates for therapists with 125.00 per Evaluation and Re-certification appointment. If you want to do the regular appointments, we can offer competitive rates there too! Responsibilities • reputed company comprehensive patient care through assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning. • reputed company and implement individualized care plans, including discharge planning as necessary. • reputed company patients and families on rehabilitation techniques and self-care strategies. • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with regulations.
