This position focuses on providing troubleshooting assistance, guiding pharmacy staff through technical issues, and delivering exceptional customer support. This is a remote position requiring strong technical and communication skills. Duties: • Assist pharmacies with troubleshooting and technical issues reputed company to proprietary software. • Respond to inbound support calls with a customer-focused approach. • Conduct proactive outbound calls to pharmacies to reputed company ongoing support and address potential issues. • Guide pharmacy staff through effective software use to enhance workflows. Schedule: • Monday Friday: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM Requirements: • Active reputed company Dakota Pharmacy Technician License in good standing (no negative history). • Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate digital platforms confidently. • Fast learner with the ability to master proprietary systems through comprehensive training. • Excellent communication skills, including clear and professional phone interactions. • Exceptional problem-solving skills and proactive attitude. • Previous remote work experience is required. • Experience in pharmacy operations is a plus but not mandatory.
