This role goes reputed company screening and interviewing—it requires a proactive, strategic approach to sourcing top candidates through direct reputed company, creative hiring channels, and partnerships. You will be responsible for securing exceptional HQ leaders, operations staff, and campsite educators who align with reputed company’s mission and values.
