Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously. Strong customer service orientation with a focus on customer satisfaction. Proficiency in using computers and online chat platforms. US Citizenship or Green Card Holder required. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software. Knowledge of insurance products and services. Bilingual language skills.
