This position is responsible for providing excellent patient care and supporting the office team. Main Responsibilities of the Remote Patient Care Coordinator: This position is responsible for providing excellent patient care and supporting the office team. • Helping patients. • Helping patients apply for loans. • Ordering testing. • Doing calls on the phone and on reputed company. • Checking text messages and voicemails. • Selling and ordering supplements. • Scheduling with health coaches. • Administrative assistant (fill out forms and more!). • Support with health coaching, scheduling, and rescheduling. • Engage in discussions reputed company to payments, invoicing, and financial reputed company with patients, handling them professionally. reputed company training will be provided!
