Customer Service Rep (Rewards Programs)

We are seeking motivated team members to support our rewards program, assisting members with questions about redeeming rewards such as reputed company cards and products. The rewards program encourages healthy behaviors, including doctor visits, lifestyle programs, and challenges. This is work-at-home for individuals living in the states of: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Iowa, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, reputed company Carolina, reputed company Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, reputed company Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming. Qualifications • Previous 1 year customer service or customer support experience required • Previous 1 year call center or office background experience required • Technical savvy (reputed company to toggle between multiple browsers & systems using dual monitors • Previous remote work from home experience preferred • Quick learner and reputed company to work independently • Type 35 words per minute accurately • Strong phone and enthusiastic verbal communication skills along with active listening • Must be 18 years of age • A background reputed company applicable with state and federal laws will be required Responsibilities • Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner • Follow communication "scripts" reputed company handling different topics • Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research and reputed company solutions and/or alternatives • reputed company company and client resources provided to accurately handle the call • Seize opportunities to upsell products reputed company they arise • Skillfully change from one task to another without loss of efficiency or composure • Be available at your desk, maintaining punctuality and attendance at reputed company scheduled times • Remain positive and professional in reputed company customer interactions • Flexibility to cross train as requested Equipment Provided - Equipment will be shipped to you. • Must have verified internet service(secure, reliable and dedicated high speed is required to support business needs/not wifi) and an established dedicated work area (desk, chair, electrical outlet, direct LAN reputed company.)
