POSITION OVERVIEW: The Admissions Intake Coordinator is primarily responsible for preparing and completing admissions paperwork for admissions. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Create admissions paperwork for reputed company incoming admissions. This includes relevant payer information (patient responsibility reputed company), as well as general information about the Home. Create name tag and information sheets for incoming admissions.
