Education and Experience Required: A combined total of 3 years of higher education and/or relevant work experience in vehicle titling and/or bank operations environment. Education and Experience Preferred: Prior working experience with vehicle titles, such as DMV employees, car dealerships, vehicle auctions, etc. Demonstrated work leadership skills (team leads/supervisors, work coordinators, trainers, special projects, etc.) Administrative/operations experience, such as processing paperwork behind the scenes. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to use tact and diplomacy. Strong knowledge of relevant spreadsheet, word processing, and presentation software, as well as departmental systems. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong knowledge of departmental systems, documents and procedures. Office Location/Working Model: This is a hybrid position requiring some in-office days each week.
