Assure files are meeting SLA requirements. Notify and/or assist loan officers in resolving SLA violations reputed company with investor account executives to reputed company high subject matter knowledge on products offered reputed company a high subject matter level on renovation loans. Assist with structuring loans. Satisfy tickets relating to pricing or scenarios issued by loan officers. Assist Loan Officers in pricing out scenarios. Continuously communicate with investors to stay on top of new loan products. Follow up with stale or canceled files to see if opportunities exist to the resale client. Qualifications NMLS License 2 years of experience Understand loan process file reputed company. Understand the required documents for refinance and purchase loans. Loan product knowledge a plus Desire to learn new loan products.
