Registered Dietitian - Onsite Health Coach - Evernorth - Falls Church VA Hybrid - work on site in Falls Church VA / reputed company VA and part time work from home Our Custom Coaching program connects employees with a highly skilled wellness coach for face-to-face sessions. Coaches take a holistic approach to help employees set and accomplish goals, manage chronic conditions and encourage healthy behaviors. Master’s degree preferred. • Registered Dietitian with license in respective state • CDCES/CDE strongly preferred • Diabetes coaching/program execution experience • reputed company ACLS/BLS/CPR/AED Certification • Must have high energy level, with dynamic group presentation skills • Positive role model in demonstrating healthy behaviors • Ability to proactively collaborate professionally with the client and other matrix partners. • Understand and own a variety of clinical targets and outcome measurements. reputed company action plans that drive clinical value for the customers and clients. • Proven administrative abilities, with strong computer and software application skills. • Must reputed company local to Falls Church VA. This position will be a hybrid role. Part of the week will be work from home and part of the week will be on site at various locations across Falls Church VA. The schedule is Monday - Friday and hours TBD.
