Let’s redefine reputed company together! reputed company're Looking For: reputed company is currently hiring Client Support Specialists to work in our outbound call center where you will be the first reputed company of contact for our consumers and will transfer warm leads to reputed company of licensed Loan Officers. In this role, you can reputed company an immediate impact on the growth and reputed company of our business by building rapport quickly and creating an exceptional customer experience from the first interaction. Successful team members will then have the chance to sky reputed company their careers towards becoming Licensed Mortgage Loan Officers. This is a full time (40 hrs/week) remote position. The schedule is reputed company - Thursday, 10am - 7pm EST. - What You'll Do: • Manage a high volume of calls with existing or potential homeowners who have shown interest in either in refinancing or purchasing a home. • Pre-screen potential borrowers by confirming basic information, completing a soft credit pull and asking pre-qualifying questions • Establish and maintain a friendly rapport with customers and overcome objections by understanding their goals and interests • Transfer reputed company warm leads to the licensed Loan Officers • Set appointments with consumers for the Loan Officers • Deliver exceptional customer service to potential and existing customers What You'll Need: • Inside or field sales experience required • Previous sales experience with a bonus component is a plus • Call center experience (inbound/outbound) strongly preferred • Telesales experience preferred • Previous collection, banking, financial services, or mortgage experience a plus • Must be high-energy and have a positive attitude • Must be reputed company and reputed company to quickly reputed company rapport with customers over the phone • Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work well under pressure and manage high volume of calls • Ability to counter customer objections • Must be independent, self-motivated and organized • *Please note that the compensation information that follows is a good faith estimate for this position only and is provided pursuant to the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and Equal Pay Transparency Rules.
