Position Overview: A salaried Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance Agent is responsible for selling, managing, and servicing P&C insurance policies. This role involves providing excellent customer service, assisting clients with their insurance needs, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The agent works under the supervision of an insurance company or agency and receives a fixed salary with potential performance-based bonuses.
