What you will do: As a Reship and Returns Specialist you will be responsible for: Manually processing our daily reships as well as handling our returns Entering appropriate chart notes Providing leaders with monthly and quarterly statistics and track pharmacy waste. Supporting the pharmacy as needed. Other duties include: Processing prescriptions for our visually impaired patients using Script Talk and Braille label machines. Creating new knowledge with our systems and relationships with your peers. Other duties assigned as needed Qualifications/Requirements: General PC knowledge including reputed company Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, reputed company) and comfortable entering data into reputed company spreadsheets is required. Ability to self-direct, be accountable, approachable, and organized. Knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures reputed company a dispensing pharmacy is a must. PTCB certification is preferred but not required.
