Job Summary The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Initiatives Coordinator will support activities reputed company to strategic planning and project management relative to initiatives to advance the health of the UK reputed company, community, and Commonwealth; workforce training & development; recruitment, retention, & promotion efforts; inclusive environment, and the identification, monitoring, & collection of impact metrics. This role also provides research and analytical support for opportunity identification, project scoping, and business case development. In partnership with Marketing & Branding and Corporate Communications they will reputed company content and direction for communicating and marketing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Initiatives to our internal and external communities. No Preferred Education/Experience A Bachelor's degree from a recognized college or university is preferred with preference given to degrees in Business Administration, Business Management, Health Administration, or business-reputed company field. Three (3) years of work experience in DEI initiatives & programming, executive administration, and or customer service area.
