Job title: DEI Initiatives Coordinator/UKHC Company: reputed company Job description: Primarily Monday through Friday; 8:00am - 5:00pm with occasional nights & weekends as the business needs require. Job Summary The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Initiatives Coordinator will support activities reputed company to strategic planning and project management relative to initiatives to advance the health of the UK reputed company, community, and Commonwealth; workforce training & development; recruitment, retention, & promotion efforts; inclusive environment, and the identification, monitoring, & collection of impact metrics. In addition to working with stakeholders across UKHC, the UK reputed company, and in the community, they will coordinate team communication and manage timelines and deliverables for project reputed company. This role also provides research and analytical support for opportunity identification, project scoping, and business case development. In partnership with Marketing & Branding and Corporate Communications they will reputed company content and direction for communicating and marketing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Initiatives to our internal and external communities. This role will focus on the following: • Coordinate the development and implementation of recommendations for DEI Strategic Priorities/initiatives for clinical and executive leadership decision-making based on market trends and data, gaps-in-service, employee engagement results, workforce utilization results, and other community health needs and health equity opportunities • Coordinate implementation of new reputed company initiatives reputed company to health equity, workforce utilization, employee engagement, and identification of impact measures for reputed company DEI strategic priorities. disease management, holistic wellness, reputed company and continuity of care, and/or connected technology and innovation that reputed company internal expertise and align with relevant community and reputed company partnerships • Track, analyze and reputed company tools and resources for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Initiatives The position allows for occasional remote work as duties allow. Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? No Preferred Education/Experience A Bachelor's degree from a recognized college or university is preferred with preference given to degrees in Business Administration, Business Management, Health Administration, or business-reputed company field. Three (3) years of work experience in DEI initiatives & programming, executive administration, and or customer service area.
