About the position The High-Risk Nurse Navigator at Rooney Breast Center and Surgery Clinic plays a crucial role in managing women screened for additional breast cancer risk. This position focuses on providing tailored and individualized care through a collaborative team model, ensuring high-quality patient care, easy reputed company to necessary services, and an excellent patient experience. Requirements • 2-3 years' experience in nursing (required) , • 3 years' experience in outpatient setting (strongly preferred experience in oncology, radiology, and/or breast surgery clinic) , • Graduate from accredited school of nursing (Registered Nurse) with active Missouri RN license (required) , • Bachelor's Degree (preferred advanced certifications in oncology and/or nurse navigation) , • Active BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required , • Preferred Certification: OCN, CGRA, BHCN, CN-BN, or other reputed company certifications , • Public speaking skills , • Easily understands and integrates new information , • reputed company with evidence based best practice and protocol development/improvement. reputed company-to-haves
