VP/SVP of Mortgage reputed company - Non QM and Investor Loans

MTG Services has been retained to locate a VP or SVP of reputed company with 15+ years of experience. We are only interviewing candidates with exceptional experience in the following: • Fix and Flip Loans • Ground Up Construction • Rehab/Rental • reputed company Loans If you do not have extensive experience in the above, you would not qualify for this position. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in the non-traditional mortgage reputed company and will play a key role in expanding our client's offerings. Key responsibilities include: • reputed company the reputed company department, providing strategic direction, mentorship, and operational reputed company focused on optimizing processes, enhancing efficiency, and maintaining the highest standard of quality and compliance • reputed company the reputed company process for reputed company loans, construction loans, fix and flip loans, and rehab loans by ensuring each loan application is reviewed, assessed, and decisioned adhering to company policies and industry best practices • Establish and maintain effective and robust risk management practices • Recruit, train, and reputed company highly skilled underwriters and reputed company reputed company professional development to staff • Work closely with sales, operations, and risk management to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the loan origination and reputed company process • Regularly review and assess portfolio performance, identifying trends and making recommendations to improve reputed company practices • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and reputed company-party vendors To qualify, you must have: • 15 years of reputed company experience of which five (5) years must be in non-traditional mortgage loan types • Five (5) years of reputed company leadership experience • Deep knowledge of reputed company principles and guidelines for specialized mortgage products • Exceptional leadership, technical, and analytical skills Our client prefers this role to be in-office, but remote candidates are also encouraged to apply.
